1. When will my order ship?

We typically process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

2. How long does shipping take?

United States: 7–14 business days

International: 14–31 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or customs processing.

3. How can I track my order?

Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time to view your tracking status.

4. Do you offer express shipping?

Currently, we offer standard shipping only. We’re working on adding faster shipping options in the future.

5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number.

6. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was a fulfillment error.

7. Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, you can return your original purchase and place a new order.

8. I received the wrong item or it arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

9. My tracking says “delivered,” but I haven’t received my order.

Please check around your delivery area and with neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package, contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Other forms of payment are not supported at this time.
